Today is actually my daughter's third birthday, party was yesterday but she and Benny are still having fun with the balloons together. ESTA vom HAUS LOYAL HEARTHi Tammie,
I just wanted to update you on Esta, we went to the vet on Tuesday. Dr Rowe and the staff really enjoyed her and thought she was helping all of us. Bodan and Esta have been playing a lot in the backyard. They enjoy chasing each other through our bushes and then resting the shade together. They have been giving each other kisses. Bodan makes sure nobody gets to close to her. Currently Cheyenne Frontier Days in going on and last Saturday we all went to the parade to see the sites. Esta was not scared of anything! She watched the horses and the bands and then took a little nap on my lap. She also helped Bodancelebrate his 2ndbirthday. Wemade a pet safe birthday cake and theyboth enjoyed their party. Today we went to Murdochs and she came with to meet other people. She is doing very good!

Wanted to let you know what a wonderful pupSirius is. Smart smart smart...you did a great job with him. He walks up to my husband and Iandsits and looks at us, now if we can figure out what he wants we'll be doing great. I'm sure he knows. Tonight my daughter and I went swimming and Sirius was looking at me standing at the very edge of the pool, so I took him in the pool and held him. He had his legs just a moving. I took him to the edge where the steps are and he climbed out. We did that a couple more times and then the last time when I was close to the stairs I let him go and away he went. Swam right over to the edge where I helped him get out. We were all amazed.

After a good dinner he has now passed out next to the couch. He is going to be a wonderful companion.

BOUNTIFUL HOPE VOM HAUS LOYAL HEART AKA "HOPE" ABOVEUpdate - Hope is now 8 mths. old and weighs 65 lbs. still working hard at SAR training with her handler Chris Holmberg. Faith and Hope are featured on our front page.

Mike took the attached picture of Hope last night. She has completed her first three tests for basic runaway and is doing great. She loves the other team members andlives to "find" people. I believe we found the perfect job for her in Search and Rescue.

At just shy of four months old, she weighs 35 pounds and is very lanky, tall and long. About a week and a half ago she looked a little thicker, then I woke up and she had grown at least six inches longer. We are now on our third kennel. She is in the extra large 40" which gives her enough room to stretch out.No one believes me when I tellthem my little girl is only 4 months old. You would not believe the compliments we get. We cannot make it one time around the park withoutsomeone stopping to comment on her.

I had to take her to work with me yesterday and she behaved beautifully all day. She had an opthomologist appointment. The doctor said she is very healthy and her eyes look great. They give a free exam to SAR dogs each year. This gives them a good base line to compare year to year and when or if there are any injuries.

In July, we will have her microchipped and I am also having her AKC number tatooed in her ear. She is so gorgeous and well behaved. I am afraid that if she ever was lost, she would not be returned.If you ever need a reference, do not hesitate to give my name, cell phone number and/or email address. You have made me one very happy person. She is the perfect SAR partner and perfect pet. If you are ever in or around the Dallas area give me a call. She hasprobably almost doubled her size. Her ears are up! Sheis just awesome! We crate her at night only. She fusses for about a minute then she's asleep until 7:00 in the morning. We are so lucky! ARES VON HAUS LOYAL HEART ABOVE AND BELOW

Hope you are having a wonderful week. We have just received the reimbursement for the microchip, that was very kind of you and thank you!!
Ares is doing great, growing so fast. We just weighed him and he has reached 30 lbs!!!! at just over two months and a half! He's so smart, brave and eager to listen, learn and figure out solutions to everything. He's amazing! We seem to be noticing his growth every day, and every day he turns more and more into a well-defined, strong and beautiful GSD! You'll notice his colors continue to brighten, and his ears are standing tall and proud. We don't think we've ever seen such a beautiful dog, and I've grown up with GSD's. we've included pictures for your "wall of fame." lol
He's now fully potty-trained, rings the door bell when he wants out, has known sit-stay-come for three weeks, down, jump and off for more than two weeks, and he's recently walking smoothly and more confidently on leash. He is interacting with our cats much gentler, he defers to them, which is very smart and diplomatic. :)
He's been a bundle of joy, and we thank you once again for breeding such wonderful GSD's. Your careful picking of the sire and dam are obvious, and brought to life a great representation in terms of both looks and intelligence. Very are very thankful for finding you and getting Ares!

Hope you have a great time with your new litter, they all look so cute, and we will keep you posted.

Grits is well and happy. He is large and very beautiful. I get asked about him breeding all the time. He weighs about 85 pounds now and is solid. Grits is doing well in his protection training. He loves to bite the arm suit and will stop on command. He is our personel dog and we love him dearly.

Dave and I hope and pray that you are both doing so very well!

I just thought I would touch base with you by sending along a photo of our beautiful boy! I cannot believe that in one month from today, he will be a year old!

Wilhelm continues to be such an amazing dog. Dave and I are currently taking him once per week to the Triple Crown Dog Academy in Hutto, Texas for basic training. The trainer appears to be very impressed with his intelligence and obvious beauty.He asked me a couple of weeksback if we were going to show him and I was so happy to hear this trainer indicate that Wilhelm has what it takes to show and be recognized.

Thank you so much once again for our wonderful little boy. You have blessed us with the perfect addition to our family!

His color has really started to lighten up the last couple of months and he is starting to fill out. He is such a beautiful dog. LOYAL HEART WOLFGANGAKA/ WOLFIE ABOVE...Wolfie isdoing great on his obedience training and even goes into and out of his crate on his own now but he still needs to be reminded that he is not in charge in gentle ways. I don't like to crate him often, but I am following Frawley's training for pack structure and have to put him in when he's being obnoxious so he can settle down. I must say, it is working out very well.

Dear Tammie,

I have attached some pictures of Beautiful Bea. She is lovely. She is the best puppy I have ever had. She is growing up very well. She is a whopping 72 pounds! She is almost a tall as her sister.
The two GSD'd get on fantastically! I am very happy that my old girl is so
very active. Tibet is almost 9 and plays just like Bea! You wouldn't be
able to tell her age, but she now has a white snout, instead of the lovely
black, she had as a puppy. Her entrance into our pack has been wonderful and
welcomed.
Beautrice, as you can see is very striking. She is still a great puppy,
better than I could have dreamed of. I will admit she is at the age right
now where she is testing her boundaries, or my boundaries is a better way to
say it! She is at the perfect height to grab things off the counter top if
I'm not paying attention. It is amazing how stealthy a huge GSD puppy can
be! She IS very obedient. She is a very happy dog, and she wants to work &
to please! We have belly rub sessions at least three times a day. It is by
far her favorite time. She has grown up fast. Most of the puppy has grown
out of her now. I am very proud of her. We Will start a second round of
classes in the beginning of next month. She passed her puppy class with
flying colors.

His ears are standing up, but they stand to one side. He is good at his house training and especially well at his crate training. He has made me very proud of his accomplishments. He is very much loved.


LOYAL HEART SAMSON ABOVE!Hi Tammie,Attached is a couple of pictures of Sam. He is so big. Santa will be bringing him an Extra-Large Doggie bed for the house. Sam is such a wonderful dog. He wakes us up with a kiss and loves to be loved on in the morning. Sam and our youngest Corgi, Dakota play hours outside with a tennis ball. They take turns playing tag. Sam is a very lovable dog. He loves our 3 year old Joseph. He kisses him all over in the mornings when he see him. Thanks again for bringing Sam in our lives. We would not know what to do with out him.

Trekker is doing very well, very energetic and he is keeping us going. On weekends we go to our property on Lake Livingston and he just thrives out there where there is a bigger yard to play in.
He is getting very big, a month ago he was already over 80 lbs and he has grown since.
We will be going to our cottage tomorrow and I will try to get some better pictures. Heis really a handsome, intelligent and loving dog and we love him dearly.

Thank you! Yes, Loyal Heart Bella is doing great!
She LOVED the snow. As soon as I let her out, Bella was hopping and pouncing on the snow. We had a lot of fun watching her tumble around, trying to figure out how to eat all the white stuff.
She's such a quick learner - she's knows sit, down, 'go get it', 'drop it', and we've been working on 'sit pretty.'
Bella is always surprising us with her intelligence. My daughters have a lot of toys in the living room, but Bella has figured out which toys are hers and which ones are off limits. We've also gone several days without any accidents. Something I really didn't expect to happen so soon. It's quite the pleasant surprise.
Bella is also pretty hilarious: we had some crying and whining issues with the crate, so we started giving her treats whenever she went in on her own. Now, whenever she feels like a snack, she'll go, sit in her crate, and look at us with the most adorably eager face.
We'll be starting clicker training with her this week, and I'm hoping that it will encourage her to keep on learning new tricks. Our goals are to teach her 'play dead' and have her clean up her own toys at the end of the night. haha.
Thank you again for such a wonderful dog.
She's fitting perfectly into our family.

Loyal Heart Maximillion on the Tie Out Above!My father's Day bite pillow finally came in today. Max loves it. I tied him out and put it on the rope. I enticed him quite a bit, becauseI wanted the first bite to be good. It is pretty thick and I knew it would take a pretty wide open mouth. He caught it with a little slack in the rope. He gave it one ofthose hard head shakes. When the line went tight he almost jerked my arm out of socket. He couldn't have bitten any fuller. The pillow was clear to the back of his mouth. We did two more bites and all were full and hard. I can't wait until I send him for the formal protection training. Rick is going to love that bite. Of course, that is still a year or so away. I have read a lot about bite development and seen all sorts of gadgets to help a dog develop a full hard grip. I guess a person could use those tools, or they could just be lucky enough tohave a dog like Max.

Max would follow a trail off a cliff, if that's where his nose told him the person went.He clearly is focused on paying attention to his nose and not hisother senses. He really is a testament to good breeding.He showed impeccable nerves today.Thanks Again,

I thought you would like to see what Gunnar looks like at a year old ,he weighs 93 pounds and is very strong. Gunnar can be very stubborn and ornery but mostly has a very sweet disposition and is very social. Gunnar gets to go to dog day care couple times of month and gets to play with both small and large dogs he absolutely loves its and always gets excited when he get to go. Gunnar is very sweet and lovable he loves to set on your lap and if you dont pay attention to him he will certainly let you know.
